• Led a project to design new processes and user interfaces for traders involved in fund deposits, integrated APIs for communication with other banks, implemented eSignature solutions for regulatory document signing, and utilized BPM (Business Process Automation) tool to streamline processes across five units. The project is ongoing, with expected improvements in efficiency in trading operations upon full implementation.

• Managed the end-to-end development of an eSignature platform for personal and corporate businesses to sign documents online. The platform is designed for use across different companies with minimal configuration. I led a cross-functional team of eight in launching the platform, coordinating with marketing teams to promote it, defining UX requirements, and overseeing architecture design, while ensuring compliance with advanced digital signature regulations. We integrated the platform into the lending process, allowing customers to sign mandatory documents for loan disbursement online, reducing operational costs by 35% and accelerating approval processes by 50%.

• Enhanced the mobile banking app by introducing a dashboard screen, providing customers with an overview of their loans, credit exposure, and available limits while guiding them to key banking features. Additionally, we developed new customer-facing screens that allowed users to access detailed loan information within the app. I led the project and worked with a team of five to deliver these improvements, enhancing user experience and digital engagement.

• I collaborated with engineering to enhance the performance of our mobile app by reducing mainframe dependency and offloading processes to APIs. This improvement led to faster load times, resulting in a 25% increase in user engagement on the app.

• Led a design thinking project to improve an in-house testing solution, which managed testing processes, bugs, and scenarios, similar to Xray or Jira. Identified key pain points through user feedback, redesigned the process to enhance usability, and collaborated with developers to create a more efficient system. This resulted in a 33% reduction in scenario entry time (from 30 minutes) and increased user adoption. Supported the organization with my expertise in design thinking as a side project, enhancing overall testing efficiency and satisfaction.
